Are you ready to define and operate a governance framework that balances innovation with risk, compliance, and ethics? As a Lead Consultant in Workplace Agentic AI Governance, you'll lead the charge in developing policies and standards for AI agent lifecycle management. Your role will be pivotal in supervising environment management strategies and ensuring secure experimentation and robust production deployment. Collaborate with collaborators across IT, business, and compliance to embed governance into all stages of AI delivery. Accountabilities:
Policy definition, monitoring, and remediation for Agentic AI; lead the control library, risk tiers, and exception handling.
Environment management strategy & implementation to enable experimentation while protecting critical data.
Solution catalog management to improve reuse and transparency of approved agents/components.
Establish and maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms to monitor compliance, risk posture, and the effectiveness of governance controls.
Govern connector enablement and external tool usage in consultation with Architectural, Product, and Engineering functions.
Prepare for audits and partner with AZ governance forums to sustain compliance.
Lead the response to AI-related incidents, including root cause analysis, remediation planning, and lessons learned to prevent recurrence.
Work with product and engineering teams to embed governance into the build and deployment of new AI capabilities, enabling safe experimentation and rapid scaling.
Champion the adoption of governance technology solutions (e.g., automated policy enforcement, AI risk monitoring tools) to enhance oversight and efficiency.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Enterprise governance for AI/automation for a Low Code No Code platform.
Working knowledge of AI risk scenarios, DLP, privacy, and data classification in enterprise contexts.
Demonstrate strong cybersecurity awareness in the application of service and technology management.
Relevant experience in collaborator leadership across business & IT.
Proven experience of managing relationships with 3rd party suppliers.
Familiarity with operating in large corporations or industries with established guidelines.
Familiarity with working in an international, multi-time zone support environment.
Good communication skills supporting joint working with geographically remote colleagues.
Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Experience running governance boards and catalogues for reusable digital assets.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Knowledge of industry standards for Responsible AI and Governance.
Experience of working within a quality and compliance environment and application of policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Background in large-scale enterprise or regulated environments.
Demonstrate initiative, strong customer orientation, and cross-cultural working.
